耐高溫玻璃棉是經(jīng)過特種原料及特殊加工制成的板材或卷氈產(chǎn)品，廣泛用于電廠、化工、制藥、等行業(yè)鍋爐、反應(yīng)釜、罐體、管道等較高溫度介質(zhì)的保溫、隔熱和降噪。

高溫玻璃棉施工建議 

在設(shè)備表面提前焊上銷釘，再用鐵絲把高溫玻璃棉捆綁在設(shè)備表面，當(dāng)所需保溫的設(shè)備溫度超過250℃時，采用雙層保溫方式，內(nèi)外兩層玻璃棉的接縫應(yīng)錯開，以免產(chǎn)生熱橋造成熱量損失。當(dāng)所需保溫的設(shè)備溫度超過400℃時，建議內(nèi)層用一定厚度的硅酸鋁，外層用耐高溫玻璃棉，兩層之間的接縫也應(yīng)錯開。zui后在外面包上外裹層，既可保護玻璃棉，又達到美觀的要求。 

First, weld pins to the surface of the equipment in advance and then tie the refractory glass wool over the surface of the equipment. If temperature of the equipment is above 250℃, it is recommendable to adopt double-layer heat preservation method. Make sure that the seams of the outer and inner layers of glass wool are staggered to avoid heat loss due to the heat bridge formed. If temperature of the equipment exceeds 400℃, it is recommendable to use aluminum silicate for the inner layer and refractory glass wool for the outer layer, also staggering their seams. Finally, wrap the outer cover layer which serves both as protection to the glass wool and decoration.
